2025-26 Admissions and Timeline

We’re so glad you’re considering Deerstream!   Our admissions process will help you learn more about our program and give you the opportunity to see Deerstream in action.  We look forward to meeting you.

• Fill out an Inquiry Form to express interest and sign up for an information session.
• At least one parent must attend an information session as a part of the admissions process.
• Course descriptions and schedules will be released in mid-January.
• The  2025-26 Deerstream application will be released at the end of January to families  who have inquired and attended an information session.
• The application includes a request for references from two people who have experience with the prospective student in a group setting.  If the student has attended a school in the last two years, a teacher must be one reference.
•  The first deadline for a completed application (including references) to receive consideration among the first group of new applicants is February 10.  

Beginning in late February/early March, we will reach out to applicants to offer interviews and contracts as space permits.
